Brightstar Lottery e Scientific Games: 15 anni al timone della nuova lotteria di San Paolo, Brasile

LONDRA e ATLANTA, 5 gennaio 2026: Brightstar Global Solutions Corporation, controllata al 100% di Brightstar Lottery PLC (NYSE: BRSL) (“Brightstar”), e Scientific Games, LLC (“Scientific Games”) hanno annunciato oggi la creazione della nuova società SP Loterias SPE S.A. (“SPL”) e la firma di un accordo di concessione con il Governo dello Stato di San Paolo per gestire una nuova lotteria nello Stato di San Paolo, in Brasile.

I termini del contratto di 15 anni conferiscono a SPL un affidamento in concessione per la gestione della lotteria nello Stato di San Paolo, comprensiva di giochi a estrazione, gratta e vinci tradizionali e digitali (eInstant), distribuiti sia tramite punti vendita che canali digitali, oltre a lotterie a estrazione automatica. L’obiettivo è intrattenere i giocatori e generare fondi destinati a investimenti nel settore sanitario in tutto lo Stato di San Paolo. Insieme, Brightstar e Scientific Games forniranno la tecnologia necessaria per offrire un’esperienza di gioco omnicanale con ciascuna società che metterà a disposizione i propri contenuti sia per i punti vendita sia per i canali digitali, con l’obiettivo di garantire un percorso di gioco continuo e senza interruzioni.
